Privacy Policy

What we collect

The compliance diagnostic itself runs entirely in your browser — your answers and score are never sent to our servers. The only data we collect is what you give us if you choose to have the checklist emailed to you: your email address, the diagnostic tier you landed on (on track, at risk, or needs action), and, if you selected one, your state. We also record the time you submitted it.

Where it's stored

That data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted on AWS in the United States (us-east-1). Row-level security is enabled on the table that holds it, and only our server-side infrastructure can write to or read it — no public or client-side access exists.

What we don't do

We don't run analytics or tracking cookies on this site as of this update. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with any third party beyond the infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Supabase) required to operate the site and, once you request it, send you the checklist.

Emails and unsubscribing

Any email we send you includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future emails from us; it doesn't delete data already stored — email us if you'd like that deleted too.
