Verification standard
Nothing on this site states a legal fact, a date, a figure, a price, or a software feature without a primary source behind it — a State Bar rule, a statute, the Federal Register, or a vendor’s own site, checked directly and dated. Where a fact hasn’t been checked yet, the page says so explicitly (look for “[À VÉRIFIER]” — “to be verified” — in draft sections) rather than presenting a guess as settled.
Legal statements are also labeled by kind: a rule of law is not the same as our interpretation of it, and neither is the same as practical advice or a claim made by a software vendor. Where a page blends these, it says which is which.
Publisher, authors, and reviewer roles
TrustAccountChecker.com is published and operated by Holvine LLC — that’s a statement about who runs the site, not a claim that Holvine LLC wrote or verified any specific page’s content. Every content page is also meant to carry a named individual author and, for anything touching a legal requirement, a named reviewer with relevant credentials — both distinct from Holvine LLC’s role as publisher, and both linked to a bio page. As of this page’s last update, no individual author or reviewer has been added yet: pages currently in progress show that gap explicitly rather than an invented name. See About.
Independence from software vendors
TrustAccountChecker.com may earn a commission through affiliate links (see the affiliate disclosure). Which software the compliance diagnostic recommends for which gap is fixed by the diagnostic’s own category logic, decided before any affiliate relationship existed for a given vendor — not adjusted based on commission rates. Software profile pages separate what we’ve independently verified from what a vendor claims about its own product, and label each accordingly.
