IOLTA Compliance
Published by Holvine LLC · Reviewed by Richard Kaplan · Last reviewed on
IOLTA is the umbrella term most states use for the interest-bearing trust accounts attorneys hold client funds in; some states use a different name (IOTA, IOLA) for the same kind of program — see the state-specific guide once it’s published for your state, rather than assuming the rules are identical everywhere.
This hub links to state-specific compliance guides as they’re verified and published — not before. A state not listed below isn’t necessarily compliant or non-compliant with anything; it just doesn’t have a verified guide here yet.
